Vista has long been a presiding district of and for the arts, on the outskirts of San Diego. The Vista Chamber of Commerce held an artist reception for painters Marilyn Huerta and Krista Timberlake on March 3, 2018. Both artists works will be up for display until the next art show.

Artist Krista Timberlake: Her show is called "Acqua Musicale" and her displayed work is a collection of watercolors exploring music & musicians, dancers & creatures of the ocean.
